South spent nine years at BBC Sport, where he was a key presence across most of the broadcaster’s major events. Among others he covered the World Cup in Brazil, the Olympics in London, Sochi and Rio and has interviewed most of world’s most famous names in sports. His move into VR will see him take that front-line experience and storytelling know-how and apply it to this incredible new medium.
